Echinacea purpurea ‘Cherry Fluff’ is a hardy, herbaceous perennial valued for its large, pompom-like, deep pink to cherry-red daisy-like flowers with prominent central cones that bloom from mid to late summer. The upright flower stems rise above clumps of coarse, dark green foliage, adding height and dramatic architectural interest to borders, cottage gardens, and mixed perennial plantings. Its nectar-rich blooms attract bees, butterflies, and other pollinators, enhancing garden biodiversity.

Thriving in full sun with well-drained, moderately fertile soil, Echinacea purpurea ‘Cherry Fluff’ benefits from deadheading spent flowers to maintain a tidy appearance and encourage prolonged flowering. Hardy, drought-tolerant, and relatively low-maintenance, this cultivar provides bold summer colour and vertical structure, making it an excellent choice for sunny borders and pollinator-friendly plantings.
