Flavour King is a highly regarded pluot variety, a cross between a plum and an apricot, prized for its exceptionally sweet, rich flavour and juicy flesh. The tree produces large, attractive fruits with deep red to purple skin and crimson flesh, offering a complex taste with hints of plum, apricot and berry that make it excellent for fresh eating.

In spring, the tree is covered with masses of white blossom that attract bees and other pollinating insects, bringing ornamental value as well as supporting garden biodiversity. It thrives in a sunny, sheltered position with fertile, well drained soil and is well suited to UK gardens, rewarding growers with heavy crops of flavourful fruit and reliable seasonal interest.
