Garden Peas – Douce Provence is a highly versatile pea plant, producing an abundance of sweet, tender, podded peas. A highly popular vegetable. Known best for being used as a side dish, but can be used in a variety of curries or pastas. Will grow best in a free-draining soil, in an open sunny plot. In order to keep the plants under control, train peas up canes or netting. Harvest whenever pods are ready, to allow more to grow.
