Glou Morceau is a traditional fruiting tree valued for its sweet, juicy pears and upright, spreading growth habit. The tree develops dense green foliage and produces clusters of fragrant white flowers in spring, followed by smooth-skinned fruit ideal for fresh eating, cooking and preserves. Glou Morceau combines ornamental appeal with reliable cropping, making it well suited to home gardens and small orchards.

In spring, the tree produces fragrant white flowers that attract pollinators and enhance garden biodiversity. It grows best in fertile, moisture retentive but well drained soil and performs particularly well in sunny positions where fruit ripens fully. Hardy and productive, Glou Morceau Pear provides consistent harvests and is well suited to UK gardens.
