Hemerocallis ‘Grape Sherbet’ is a captivating daylily cultivar known for its striking light pink flowers adorned with a wide, dark burgundy eye zone and a contrasting yellow-orange throat. The edges of the blooms are slightly ruffled, adding to their delicate appearance. This semi-evergreen perennial forms clumps of arching, strap-like foliage and produces large blooms up to 14 cm across during mid to late summer. Its refined appearance and graceful habit make it a standout in cottage gardens, borders, and coastal plantings.

Thriving in full sun to partial shade, ‘Grape Sherbet’ prefers moist but well-drained soil and is adaptable to various soil types, including clay, loam, and chalk. Once established, it is relatively low-maintenance and can tolerate coastal conditions. Regular deadheading of spent flowers and removal of dead foliage will help maintain a tidy appearance. This cultivar is also noted for its hardiness, suitable for growing in the UK and other temperate regions.
