Hemerocallis ‘Lemon Bells’ is a semi-evergreen daylily cultivar celebrated for its large, trumpet-shaped, lemon-yellow flowers with lime-green throats that fade to lemon yellow during the summer. Each bloom measures approximately 10 12 cm (4 5 inches) in diameter and typically lasts for a single day. This cultivar is a rebloomer, producing a second set of flowers later in the season, extending its ornamental appeal. The plant’s fragrant blooms attract butterflies and hummingbirds, adding dynamic interest to the garden. Its grass-like foliage remains green throughout the season, providing a consistent backdrop for the vibrant flowers.

Thriving in full sun to partial shade with well-drained soil, Hemerocallis ‘Lemon Bells’ is suitable for borders, perennial beds, and containers. It is hardy in zones 3 9 and is noted for its resistance to heat stress and general garden pests. This cultivar offers reliable ornamental interest and supports garden biodiversity by attracting pollinators throughout the growing season.
