Hydrangea Ruby Annabelle brings a rich, romantic feel to the garden with its deep ruby-pink flower heads that stand out beautifully against fresh green foliage. Its rounded blooms appear generously through summer, creating a soft, full display that works just as well in borders as it does in patio containers. With its compact, tidy habit, it slips easily into both modern and cottage-style planting schemes, adding dependable colour and structure wherever its placed.

Growing Ruby Annabelle is relatively straightforward. Plant it in moist, well-drained soil in a spot with morning sun and afternoon shade to help the blooms hold their colour. Keep the soil evenly watered during dry spells, especially in its first year, and add a layer of mulch in spring to support strong new growth. A light prune in late winter helps maintain its shape and encourages a fresh flush of flowers for the season ahead.

The plant will be supplied in a growers pot. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves.
