Kniphofia ‘Moonstone’ is an elegant perennial that brings a softer touch of colour to the garden. Its tall, upright flower spikes open with creamy buds that mature into pale lemon-yellow tubular blooms, creating a refined and luminous display. Rising above neat clumps of slender, grass-like green foliage, the airy flower spikes add height and movement, making this variety especially effective in mixed borders or as a feature plant. Its gentle colouring sets it apart from the more fiery Kniphofia varieties, offering a cooling contrast in sunny planting schemes.

This hardy perennial thrives in well-drained soils and enjoys full sun. Flowering from midsummer into early autumn, ‘Moonstone’ is valued for its reliable performance, graceful form, and its ability to attract pollinators such as bees and butterflies. With its understated elegance and strong architectural qualities, it provides long-lasting ornamental interest with minimal care.
