Despite being categorized as medium bitter-sweet, the petite green apples offer a surprisingly sweet flavor while retaining the characteristic astringency associated with apples rich in tannin. The aromatic, dark juice is abundantly produced, thanks to the exceptionally high juiciness of the apples.

Abundant fruit production occurs on the tree’s upright branches, ensuring that there is always space to accommodate a Michelin. What’s even more convenient is that the fruit naturally drops when ripe, eliminating the need for ladders or specialized harvesting equipment. It’s worth noting that the sooner you extract juice from the freshly picked apples, the higher the quality of the resulting juice.
