A compact but hardy and highly versatile variety. The Salvia Feathers Flamingo is a lovely sage plant with scented, deeply cut leaves of dark green. The clumping foliage sits beneath upright spires of tiny pink flowers with a cup-shape. The blooms appear in the early to mid-Summer months and have a long flowering period lasting into the Autumn, with occasional second flowerings during this period.

Plant in humus-rich, moist, well-drained soils and keep in full sun. Tolerates partial sun but upright stems will wilt and droop when under too much shade. Prefers light, sandy or gravelly soils. Drought tolerant once established.
