Sanguisorba Red Thunder is a wonderfully elegant Burnet, prized for its bold, bottlebrush blooms that sway gently above slender stems. Its airy, meadow inspired presence brings movement and vibrancy to any planting scheme, whether youre refreshing a border or adding subtle height to a mixed display. The deep maroon-red flower heads appear through summer, offering a refined splash of colour that blends effortlessly with both contemporary and cottage style gardens.

Caring for Burnet is refreshingly simple. Plant it in a sunny or lightly shaded spot with moist, well drained soil, and it will settle in with ease, forming a neat clump that returns reliably year after year. Regular moisture during the growing season keeps the stems strong and the blooms plentiful, while a light trim of spent flowers helps maintain its graceful shape. With minimal fuss, Sanguisorba rewards you with long lasting texture, movement and charm throughout the warmer months.
