Sedum ‘Bertram Anderson’, also known as Hylotelephium ‘Bertram Anderson’, is a clump-forming perennial valued for its fleshy, grey-green leaves and large, flat clusters of soft pink flowers that appear from late summer into early autumn. The upright stems rise above the dense foliage, creating a textured, architectural display that works well in borders, gravel gardens, and container plantings. The long-lasting flowers gradually deepen in colour as they mature, providing extended visual interest.

Thriving in full sun and well-drained soil, this plant tolerates poor or dry conditions and is highly drought-tolerant once established. The nectar-rich blooms attract bees, butterflies, and other pollinators, enhancing the ecological value of the garden. Low-maintenance and hardy, Sedum ‘Bertram Anderson’ requires only occasional trimming of spent flower heads to maintain neatness and encourage fresh growth, making it an excellent choice for low-care yet visually rewarding planting schemes.
