Sweet Corn Mini Pop is the variety best known for being baby corn. The plant produces very small, sweet cobs that are pale yellow in colour. Sweetcorn is a great source of fibre. This variety is most commonly used in stir-fries or curries, but can also be eaten raw. Plant in well drained soil in a position with full sun. Keep away from other varieties of sweetcorn, as cross-pollination can reduce the size of normal sweetcorn.
